Michael Grossman is the Founder and President of MAG Real Estate Advisors, Inc., responsible for spearheading all brokerage and advisory assignments. Michael offers nearly 30 years of experience in commercial real estate management, leasing, marketing, investment, development, and construction.

Michael founded MAG in 2012 to offer clients an insider’s perspective into how real estate owners negotiate, acquire, sell, lease and operate, resulting in improved outcomes for clients’ real estate needs.

Previously, Michael served as an Executive Vice President at Mack-Cali Realty Corporation, one of the nation’s largest publicly traded real estate investment trusts (REITs). His responsibilities included overseeing leasing and investments for an office, flex and industrial portfolio encompassing 33.5 million square feet across 278 properties throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. Before the Robert Martin Company’s merger with Mack-Cali, Michael was Vice President of Leasing for company, where he managed a 7 million square foot portfolio of commercial properties in Westchester County, NY, and Fairfield County, CT.

Michael graduated from the New York City College of Technology and is an active Board Member of Volunteer New York! and the Westchester Business and Professional Division of UJA-Federation of New York. Previously, he was a long-standing Board Member of the Westchester County Association. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in New York.

Brendan Kolnick is Vice President of MAG Real Estate Advisors. He is responsible for new acquisitions and asset management of MAG’s portfolio and is directly involved in the firm’s full line of advisory services. Brendan joined the firm in 2014 to enhance the firm’s service offerings with his broad real estate acumen and analytical expertise.

Prior to joining MAG Real Estate Advisors, Brendan was Director of Acquisitions for Yale Realty Services Corp., where he spearheaded the successful acquisition of high-yield shopping centers throughout the Eastern United States and was a key participant in the firm’s capital market transactions.

Previously, he worked as a consultant at CB Richard Ellis. In that capacity, he underwrote roughly $1.0 billion of commercial real estate transactions and provided property owners, tenants, and lenders with a wide range of real estate services, including, among other things, complex property and portfolio valuations, litigation support, and market and feasibility studies.

Brendan received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Cornell University and a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Finance from New York University, where he graduated as Valedictorian. He is a licensed Associate Real Estate Broker in New York.
